Tunjevinu pobiberiti ,posoliti i ostaviti sa strane.U drugu posudu dodati sitno seckanu brusnicu,susam,persunov list,med i vino.Masu dobro promesati da se sjedini.Svaki komad tunjevine umesati u brasno i odma potom u mesavinu ,dobro je uvaljati i bacati odma na vrelo ulje da se lepo ispece sa obe strane,tj cim susam krene da vam rumeni vadite tunjevinu gotova je.Veoma ukusno jelo,nekoristi se bas mnogo na nasim prostorima ,ali bi svakom od srca preporucio da proba.Jede se toplo.
