PRIPREMA

Oslica ocititi ,posoliti pobiberiti i zaseci ga na svaka 3-4 cm nozem tako ga napravite udubljenje u koje cete stavljati neimenicno sunku i kriske limuna.Kada ste to uradili oslica stavite u nauljenu posudu preliti ga sa malo maslinovog ulja,posuti hlebnim mrvicama i sitno seckanim persunom.Peci oko 40 minuta na 180 stepeni ili dok oslic nedobije lepu boju i hrskavu koricuKada je pecen izvaditi i posluziti uz peceni krompir.
