PRIPREMA

 Tikvicu ,luk i krompir oguliti oprati i sve zajedno izrendati u posudu.Zaciniti ,dodati jaja i brasno i sir,pa  napraviti malo guscu masu .Posoliti i pobiberiti.Vaditi velikom kasikom i stavljati na vrelo ulje da se peku.Kada su porumenele vaditi ih i stavljati na ubrus da se ocede.Brzo se spremaju ,a mogu se konzumirati i hladne.
