PRIPREMA

Paradajiz iseci na polovine,iz svake izbaciti sok i kostice.Posoliti i svaki napuniti sirom.Uzeti svaku napunjenu polvinu i uvaljati u rastopljeni maslac ili margarin,zatim u brasno,pa u razmucena jaja i onda u prezlu,ponoviti proces jaja i prezla.Tako upakovane paradajize slagati u rernu da se peku oko 25 minuta,a mozete ih bacati u vrelo ulje  i peci svaki nekoliko minuta,ili dok neporumene.Prava poslastica za one koje vole paradajiz.
