U pola litre kisele pavlake dodati 2 kasike prosejanog brasna da nema grudvica.Staviti na ringlu i polako kuvati masu,obavezno svo vreme mesati.Polako ce te videti kako se masa formira ,a masnoca ce polako izlaziti na povrsinu i da se odvaja.Kada je cicvara gotova slobodno visak masnoce odvojite,mada se uvek cenilo da sto je masnija cicvara to je bolja.Sluziti toplo.
