  • kasika senfa

PRIPREMA

U dublju posudu ugrejati ulje i dodati sitno deckani luk da se dinsta.Kada je luk gotov dodati pilecu djigericu,posoliti,pobiberiti,staviti 2-3 lovorova lista i veliku kasiku senfa.Dinstati oko 20 minuta dodati vode i pirinac i uz lagano i postepeno mesanje i dolivanje vode ukuvati sve zajedno.Kada je i pirinac mekan skloniti sa vatre i sluziti toplo.
