POTREBNO

  • 500 gr svinjskog mesa(moze teletina,junetina itd)
  • 800 gr sargarepe
  • 200 ml belog vina
  • maslinovo ulje
  • persun
  • so 
  • biber
  • ulje
  • 2 glavice luka

PRIPREMA

Meso isecite na snicle,posolitem ipobiberite i proprzite na ulju sa obe strane.Snicle izvadite i ostavite sa strane,a na istoj masnoci izdinstajte luk i rendanu sargarepu.Kada je omeksalo dodajte snicle i prelijte belim vinom i ostavite da se ukuva oko 20 minuta.Na kraju pospite seckanim persunom.Sluziti toplo,mozete preliti pavlakom ili mileramom.
