PRIPREMA

Napraviti masu za palacinke (brasno.mleko,kisela,vanil secer,so,jaja) dobro umutiti i ispeci palacinaka koliko dobijete od sastojaka.U slucaju da vam je masa pregusta ili preretka dodavati onoliko tecnosti ili brasna da bi dobili dobru masu za palacinke.Ispecene palacinke napuniti rendanom sunkaricom,sirom i sampinjonima.Zatvoriti palacinke,poslagati u posudu ,preliti pavlakom i zapeci u rerni.Gotove su kada se pavlaka zgusnula i dobila boju tj koricu.Sluziti toplo,mada su i hladne ukusne.
