MUS OD SAFRANA

POTREBNO

  • 300 ml mleka
  • 120 gr secera
  • 400 gr slatke pavlake
  • 40 gr kukuruznog brasna
  • 15 vlati safrana
  • 50 gr alge agag-agar
  • 4 jaja

PRIPREMA

Slatku pavlaku(200 gr),mleko i safran staviti da provri.Odvojeno umutiti zumance sa secerom,na kraju dodati kukuruzno brasno.Sipati zumance u mleko koje vri i sve dobro mesati,a potom ostaviti na laganoj vatri,uz neprestano mesanje dok se masa nezgusne.Za to vreme iseci agar-agar na sitne komade koje treba skuvati sa ostatkom slatke pavlake(200gr),tako dobijenu masu dodati vrsto ulupanim belancima,tako dobijenu masu umesati sa prethodnom masom.Ukrasiti vlatima safrana,rendanom korom pomorandze i rendanom cokoladom.
