PRIPREMA

Povrce oprati,oljustiti i ocistiti od semenki.Staviti u duboku ciniju.dodati crni luk,vodu,kasiku sirceta,2 kasike maslinovog ulja,so ,biber i sve dobro izmiksati.Ostaviti da se ohladi u frizideru.Za to vreme pripremiti kocke od hleba,odstraniti koru i sredinu iseci na kockice.Beli luk izgnjeciti i dodati maslinovo ulje.Kockice staviti u vatrostalnu posudu preliti mesavinom ulja i luka i staviti u rerenu na 15 minuta dok kockice neporumene.Servirati hladan gaspaco i proprzene kockice pobacati po posudu sa corbom.
