  • 250 gr crnih maslina bez kostice
  • 2 cena belog luka
  • 2 kasike kapra
  • 1 dcl maslinovog  ulja
  • sok od limuk

PRIPREMA

U avan pomesati crne masline,beli luk,kapar,ulje i sok od limuna pa sve gnjeciti dok se nedobije homogena masa tj pasta.Mozete je spremiti i nekoliko dana ranije i cuvati u frizideru i koristiti po potrebi.Mozete sa njom zaciniti mesa,salate ili bruskete.Ako nemate avan uradite sve u blenderu.
