PRIPREMA

Jaja obariti i oljustiti,pa iseci na kolutove(jedno jaje) kao i rotkvice i krastavac.Sampinjone iseci na listice poprskati limunovim sokom,a orahe iseci na krupno.U pavlaku dodati limunov sok,so zacinske trave i biber i dobro promesati .Drugo jaje raseci i izvaditi zumance.U casu slagati (ali mozete i po vasoj zelji) belance,sampinjone,rotkvice,orahe,krastavac.Preliti sosom od pavlake i posuti odgore pasirano zumance.
