Krmenadlu ostaviti ucelo ali je zaseci od gore do donje strane kod sveke koske.Posoliti i ostaviti da odstoji,Za to vreme u posudi dobro izraditi beli luk,persun,mentu,so,biber i ulje,pa dodati limunov sok i sve promesati.Tako dobijenom masom premazati celu krmenadlu,a izmedju redova poslagati crni luk secen na kolutove.Staviti je u rernu i peci na 170 stepeni dok neomeksa i dobije koricu.Pozeljno svo vreme prelivati sokom koje je meso pustilo.
