Pilece snicle izlupati,posoliti i posutu karijem te kratko proprziti sa obe strane na malo masnoce.Kada je piletina pecena skloniti,a u istu posudu na krupno naseci sampinjone ,posoliti,pobiberiti i kratko ih proprziti.Kada su skoro gotovo dodati neutralnu pavlaku i ukuvati.Preliti preko mesa i slutiti.Preukusno i veoma brzo i jednostavno za pripremu.
