PRIPREMA

Testo razvuci oklagijom na debljinu oko pola cmi prepoloviti ga na 2 trake.Za to vreme u dublju posudu staviti maslac da se greje i na njega dodati jabuke koje ste prethodno oljustili i iseckali na kocke.Poseceriti i dodati cimet i jabuke ukuvati dok neomeksaju.Kada su jabuke gotove staviti na jednu polovinu testa a drugom pokriti,uviti krajeve ,izbusiti na nekoliko mesta nozem,premazati gornju koru izmucenim jajetom i staviti na pecenje.Peci oko 30 minuta na 200 stepeni ili dok neporumeni kora.Kada je gotova oladiti i preliti sitnim secerom.
