  • 1glavica sitno seckanog luka
  • 2 kasike ulja
  • 3 kasike maslaca
  • 3 manja celera isecena na kockice
  • 2 veca krompira isecena na kockice
  • 3 litre vrijuce vode
  • 2 solje boranije isecene na komadice
  • 1 solja mladog graska
  • 200 gr suvog testa
  • so
  • biber
  • sitno seckani persun
  • 60 gr nastruganog parmezana

PRIPREMA

Prziti crni luk na ulju i maslacu dok nepozuti.Dodati celer i krompir pa poklopiti da se pirja 10 minuta.Usuti vrelu vodu i kuvati 15 minuta.Dodati boraniju,grasak i testo,posoliti,pobiberiti i kuvati sve jos 20 minuta.Gotovu corbu sipati u duboku ciniju,posuti persunom i nastruganim parmezanom i sluziti toplo.
