PRIPREMA

Batake posoliti i premazati maslacem.Staviti u rernu da se peku.Za to vreme u posudicu izmesati ulje 2 kasike,sok od pola limuna,3 kasike kecapa,2 kasike soja sosa,biber,chili,beli luk,kari i sve dobro pomesati i ostaviti u frizider.Kada su bataci napola peceni svaki premazati sosom sa obe strane i vratiti u rernu(mozete ih premazivati dokle god imate sosa).Kada su peceni izvaditi i sluziti tople.Izuzetno su ukusni i meso spada sa kostiju.
