LAZANJE SA PATLIDZANOM I MOCARELOM

  • pakovanje testa za lazanje(skuvati i staviti u ladnu vodu)
  • 2 patlidzana(isecen na listove i ispecen sa obe strane u teflonu)
  • 4 paradajiza(isecen na listove i ispecen sa obe strane u teflonu)
  • besamel 500 ml
  • mocarela 200 gr
  • so, biber
  • bosiljak svez(ili susen)
  • maslac

PRIPREMA

U dublju maslacem premazanu tepsiju staviti red kora,zatim staviti besamel , a od gore poslagati red patlidzana ,posoliti i pobiberiti.Zatim ide opet kora pa red paradajiza i besamela,pa kora red patlidzana i besamela i na kraju kora,besamel ,patlidzan ,paradajiz i od gore sve prekriti mocarelom .Staviti u dobro zagrejanu pecnicu i peci dok se mozarela nerastopi i zapece.Kada je pecena neseci bosiljka na lazanju i sluziti kada se prohladi.
