PRIPREMA

Ocisceu glavicu crnog luka staviti u posoljenu vodu i kuvati 10 minuta.Izvaditi i ostaviti da se ocedi i dobro ohladi.Vrhove luka odseci,deo sredine izdubiti,sve iseckati i staviti u ciniju.Sampinjone oprati,iseci i dinstati na malo ulja i luku koji ste odstranili.Posoliti,zaciniti kimom,dodati zumance,sitno seckan list persuna i promesati.Masom napuniti izdubljeni luk,staviti u vatrostalnu posudu,preliti supom(kockica) ,a belance cvrso umutiti i staviti na vrh luka.Sve zapeci u rerni.
