PRIPREMA

Patlidzan i tikvice iseci sto tanje po duzini,zatim ih baciti na vrelo ulje i isprziti sa obe strane.Kada ste ispekli sve komade stavite na ubrus da se ocede.Posoliti,pobiberiti i slagati u posudu red tikvica,pa red patlidzana a preko njih poslagati isecene sampinjone.Sve zaliti neutralnom pavlakom,posoliti,narendati sira i poslagati paradajiz secen na tanke kolutove preko kojeg ste nasekli sitno beli luk.Staviti u rernu i zapeci.Sliziti toplo,moze kao prilog uz meso ili cak i samo moze da se jede.
