PRIPREMA

Cveklu oprati ,oljustiti i iseci na sitne kocke i staviti u malo veci lonac.Dodati ribanac(kupus),iseckanu sargarepu,persun i crni luk.Preliti vodom dodati dimljenu kobasicu isecenu na kolutove,lovorov list i kuvati dok sve neomeksa.Pred sam kraj dodati kecap i pavlaku(ili kiselo mleko,jogurt).Skinuti sa vatre i  zaciniti tucanim belim lukom.
