FRANCUSKA CORBA OD CRNOG LUKA – POTAGE SOUBISE

  • 200gr crnog luka isecenog na rebarca
  • 50gr maslaca
  • 20gr brasna
  • 1,5l vode ili bistre supe (koncentrat, kesica)
  • so
  • biber
  • 12 kriski pecenog tosta
  • 100gr nastruganog ementalera ili nekog drugog

PRIPREMA

Proprziti crni luk na maslacu da sasvim porumeni. Dodati brasno i prziti jos minut dva mesajuci. Usutu vodu ili supu, posoliti, pobiberiti i kuvati jos 10 minuta. U staklenu ili keramicku vatrostalnu ciniju poredjati 8 tostova, posuti ih sv dve trecine nastruganog sira i preliti supom. Zatim poredjati ostale kriske, posuti ih preostalim sirom  i staviti u zagrejanu pecnicu na 225 stepeni da se zapeku.
