  • 50 gr maslaca
  • 2 kasike ulja
  • glavica crnog luka sitno iseckan
  • 100 gr slanine seckana na kockice
  • 400 gr mladog graska
  • 1l supe(moze iz kesice)
  • 300 gr pirinca
  • 1 kasika sitno seckanog persuna
  • parmezan

PRIPREMA

Proprziti na maslacu ili ulju slaninu i crni luk.Dodato grasak i dinstati oko 10-15 minuta.Naliti supom,pa kad provri spustiti pirinac i ostaviti na tihoj vatri da pirinac nabubri.Vazno je da zrna ostanu cela,lepse izgleda.Na kraju dodati persun,posoliti,pobiberiti i nastrugati parmezana ,sluziti toplo kao predjelo ili uz neko pecenje.
