PRIPREMA

U zagrejanu i nauljenu posudu staviti luk da se dinsat,dodati dzigericu ,posoliti i pobiberiti i dobro je udinstati.Kada je gotova prohladiti ,dodati kasiku sunfa,seckan persunov list i hleb koji ste prethodno procedili i sve dobro rucno izraditi i dobro umesati.Tako dobijenom masom napuniti pile.Potom pile posoliti, premazati maslacem i staviti u rernu na pecenje.Peci na temperaturi oko 200 stepeni dok pile neporumeni i dobije hrskavu koricu.
