PRIPREMA

Hleb staviti u ciniju.Prokuvati mleko sa secerom i vanilom,pa kad se prohladi poprskati sanjime hleb i ostaviti da se ocede.Zatim ih umakati u razmucena penasta jaja,spustati na zagrejan maslac ili ulje i prziti sa obe strane dok neporumene.Gotove przenice poslagati u tanjir i preliti sitnim secerom i cimetom,sluziti toplo.Ukus neopisiv,morate probati.
