Sampinjone pokvasiti,odvojiti stabljiku od glave(a mozete ih pohovati ucelo,sve zavisi kako vam je lakse)uvaljati u brasno,zatim u mucena jaja,potom u mesavinu parmezana i prezle.Ponoviti jos jednom umakanje u jaja i mesavinu prezle i parmezana.Kada ste ih lepo uvaljali u masu stavljati ih na vrelu mesavinu ulja i maslaca i peci sa obe strane dok neporumene.Kada su gotovi posoliti i sluziti uz tartar sos,majonet ili mileram.
