PRIPREMA

Francusku kiflu iseci na parcad preliti maslinovom uljem i staviti u rernu da se dobro zapeku.Za to vreme ugrejati ulje i baciti seckani beli luk pa odma i paradajiz da se dinsta.Posle nekoliko minuta skloniti sa vatre,uzeti bruskete staviti masu na svako parce,preko sir i staviti jos malo u rernu da se sir rastopi.Od gore staviti list mente ili bosiljka.Jesti toplo.
