POTREBNO

  • 220 gr maslaca ili margarina
  • 100 gr prosejanog secera u prahu
  • 70 gr mlevenih orasa
  • 200 gr prosejanog mekog brasna
  • 100 gr secera u prahu pomesan sa vanil secerom
  • pekmez po zelji

PRIPREMA

Umutiti penasto maslac,dodati secer,orahe i brasno i zamesiti testo.Staviti ga na dasku posutu brasnom,napraviti valjak precnika 5 cm i ostaviti da odstoji na hladnom mestu sto duze,moze i do sutra.Zatim ostrim nozem seci kolutove debljine 1 cm,redjati u nauljen i pobrasnen pleh i peci 10 minuta na 225 stepeni,moraju ostati svetle boje.Pacene vanilice vaditi sa pleha  premazati jednu pekmezom a drugu zalepiti za prvu,i uvaljati u secer.
