BAKINA TORTA

  • 500 gr secera
  • 350 gr samlevenih(orasa,lesnika ili badema)
  • 300 gr cokolade za kuvanje
  • 250 gr maslaca

PRIPREMA

Ulupati penu od belanaca,dodavati postepeno secer i lupati dalje dok pena ne postane sasvim cvrsta.Zatim dodati lesnike i lako pomesati.Sipati masu u 3 okrugla pleha podmazana maslacem i posuta brasnom i peci na umerenoj temperaturi 225 stepeni oko 20 minuta.Fil se priprema na sledeci nacin.Ulupati zumanjke sa 250 gr secera,dodati rastopljenu cokoladu i umucen maslac i mutiti sve zajedno jos 5 minuta.Staviti masu na paru i mesati dok se nezgusne.Skloniti sa vatre,pa kad se krem ohladi mutiti jos 10 minuta dok masa nepostane laka i penasta.Koru postaviti i naneti nadev,zatim drugu i nadev i trecu koru postaviti i celu tortu premazati nadevom.Odgore posuti mlevenim (oras,badem ili lesnik)ili rendanom cokoladom i staviti na hladjenje.
