PRIPREMA

Umutiti zumanjke sa secerom i bademom.Dodati rum,koru od pomorandze i brasno,i na kraju dodati i lako umesati cvrstu penu od belanaca.Izruciti masu u kalupza kuglof(ako imate) koji ste prethodno dobro namazali maslacem,ako nemate u posudu za pecenje.Posuti bademom i staviti u zagrejanu pecnicu 225 stepeni i peci 25 minuta.Pre sluzenja posuti secerom u prahu.
