PRIPREMA

Luk ocistiti i iseci na krugove.Povaditi deo po deo tako da dobijete prstenove.Luk uvaljati u brasno ,zatim u mucena jaja pa u prezlu.Ponoviti postupak.Bacati na vrelo ulje i prziti po 2-3 minute sa obe strane.Jako se lepo slaze uz uz neko meso ili krompir,a mozete i solo da ga jedete.
