Oslica otkostiti i iseci na zilijen(trake).Posoliti i ostaviti da odstoji.Za to vreme izlupati jaja ,posoliti,pobiberiti, dodati brasno i dolivati piva toliko da imate guscu masu nego za palacinke.Oslica umakati u brasno pa odmah u orli masu i bacati na vrelo ulje da se peku,polako okrenuti komade.Gotovo je kada pstane hrskava i zlatne boje.Sluziti uz tartar sos ili premaz po zelji.
