Meso uzeti i cekicem dobro izlupati da bude sto tanje,posoliti i napuniti kajmakom.Zatvoriti je,tj uviti i umociti u brasno,zatim u mesana jaja pa u prezlu.Ponoviti postupak jaja i prezla i baciti u duboko ulje da se dobro ispece.Gotovo je kada dobije koricu i porumeni.Sluziti uz tartar sos ili mileram.Veoma ukusno jelo koje mozete kombinovati sa raznim prilozima.
