PRIPREMA

Virslu umociti u mleko,zatim u brasno pa u jaja i na kraju u prezlu.Postupak ponoviti ali sada samo u jaja pa u prezlu.Staviti na vrelo ulje i pohovati sa obe strane dok nedobije koricu i porumeni.Sluziti solo,ili u kifli kao hod dog,sa majonezom ili tartar sosom.
