PRIPREMA

Pile oprati u hladnoj vodi i staviti u posudu pa naliti 1,5 litar vode.Dodati zelen i kuvati.U medjuvremenu iseckati luk pa ga proprziti na maslacu zajedno sa pirincem.Pile izvaditi iz supe i ostaviti ga da se ohladi,a supom preliti luk i pirinac i kuvati dok pirinac ne omeksa.Za to vreme skinuti meso sa kostiju,odstraniti kozicu i meso iseci na manje komade.Staviti meso u kuvanu corbu i zaciniti mileramom i sokom od limuna.
