PRIPREMA

Snicle dobro istuci cekicem i istanjiti ih.Preseci ih na pola ,nasoliti,pobiberiti i svako parce napuniti sirom i suvim vrato.Urolati ih i napraviti ko male sarmice.Svaku ubaciti u brasno,zatim u razmucena jaja pa u prezlu,te ih odmah bacati na ugrejano ulje i peci dok neporumene i dobiju boju.Sluziti uz tartar sos ili majonez,a lepo se slazu i sa sosom od sampinjona.
