  • 5 dcl mleka
  • 50 gr suvog grozdja
  • 1 casica ruma

PRIPREMA


 Pirinac prvo kuvati oko 3 minute u vodi.Ocediti ga i izruciti u mleko koje je prokuvalo i tako ga kuvati 20 minuta dok nenabubri.Skloniti sa vatre i dodati suvo grozdje,rum i 2 cela jajeta i sve dobro izmesati.Izruciti masu u dobro podmazanu vatrostalnu ciniju i peci u dobro zagrejanoj pecnici 25 minuta na 250 stepeni.Moze se konzumirati i topao i hladan.
