PRIPREMA

Kiflu preseci na pola i na nju poslagati sitno seckani beli luk,slaninu,sunku i na kraju mozarela.Staviti u rernu i dobro zapeci dok se mozarela ne rastopi i dobije koricu.Kada je gotovo izvaditi iz rerne i preliti sa nekoliko kapi maslinobog ulja i nekoliko listica bosiljka.
