-2 dcl mleka
-1 pavlaka\

-biber
-muskatni orascic
-2 kasike belog brasna

PRIPREMA

Luk iseckati na sitno i izdinstati ga na malo ulja u posudi,iseckane sampinjone(po zelji krupno ili sitno)dinstati sa lukom nekoliko minuta dodati so biber i muskatni orascic,dodati 2 dcl vode i 2 dcl mleka i kuvati 10 minuta.U posebnu ciniju izmutiti 2 kasike brasna malo vode i pavlaku i sve zajednno dodati u lonac kuvati jos 2-3 min i skloniti sa vatre.Jede se topao uz bruskete ili hleb isecen na kocke i zapecen u rerni .
