Ovaj zacin smo slucajno napravili prilikom silnih eksperimentisanja u kuvanju i spravljanju rostilja,moramo vam priznati da smo mi veoma zadovoljni sa ukusom koji smo dobili te vam ga preporucujemo da ga i sami isprobate.Sada cemo vam objasniti kako se pravi.Kasika mlevene crvene paprike ,pola kasike mlevenog koriandera,pola kasike mlevenog crnog bibera,mleveni djumbir,mlevena ljuta paprika,so,bio zacin,beli luk u prahu,secer,majoran,bosiljak i tamjan sve to zajedno dobro izmesati i komade mesa utrljati u smesu.
