Mleko staviti da prokuva po ako je moguce u sto siru posudu(neku dublju tepsiju).Kada je mleko prokuvalo skloniti ga da se ohladi  i skinuti sav kajmak koji se stvorio od gore.Posle opet prokuvati mleko i skinuti kajmak ,ponavljati dokle god ima kajmaka na mleku.Posoliti ,ohladiti i jesti.
