  • 200gr secera
  • 200 gr rastopljene cokolade
  • 4 jajeta
  • 0,05 ruma
  • piskote oko 250 gr
  • solja slatke pavlake
  • 1 kasika secera u prahu

PRIPREMA

U zagrejanom sudu za mesanje umutiti penasto maslac i secer.Dodati rastopljenu cokoladu i umesati jedan po jedan zumanjak.U drugu posudu umutiti belaca cvrsto i dodati rum.Mase pomesati zajedno.Dubok okrugao pleh obloziti piskotama.Usuti pola mase pa preko njega poslagati piskote.Zatim usuti preostali krem.Gotovu tortu ostaviti da dstoji najmanje 6 sati na hladnom mestu da se krem dobro stisne.Ulupati slatku pavlaku staviti preko torte i izrendati rebro cokolade odgore.
